NSW Medical Schools Council - Inaugural Council Elected!

Tuesday, 06 February 2007
The first meeting of the NSW MSC was a huge success, with a full constitution being adopted and positions clarified. The inaugural Council was selected, but the meetings and discussions are open to absolutely ALL medical students. It's a chance to find out what's happening in the state, talk to students from other medical schools and a great network if you want to get an idea/ project out there!!
The planning meeting for the MSC went really well, and the Council should be running in full swing in 2007.
As the minutes show (you may have to email Claire for them, because she's not quite technological enough to post them here... Will get them up ASAP!), one of the aims of the council is to include people not active within MedSoc (and those who are!). The main aim is to represent all medical students Statewide...
If you're interested in being involved in 2007, please let Claire Stewart know (
).
